Day 01: Kandy
On day one, you will arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport and meet with our genial representative. Thereafter you will begin driving towards Kandy, which served as the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings. Stunningly engulfed in breathtaking beauty, the place is a World Heritage Site and displays the colorful and magnificent culture of the country impeccably. The name "Kandy" itself spells the vistas of mesmerizing splendor. The place's past holds many legends, charming traditions and folklores which amazingly are alive till date. Post reaching, in the afternoon you will be taken on a city's sightseeing trip. You will be driving around the Kandy Lake which was constructed in 1798 by Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe, the last Sinhala king. Afterwards, you will visit the multihued Kandy town and local markets, the impressive arts and crafts centre, a magnificent gem museum and a lapidary. Then you will also be exploring the divine Tooth Relic Temple. Later you will be introduced to a fabulous cultural show, followed by an overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 02: Kandy - Peradeniya - Pinnawela - Wadduwa / Beruwela / Ahungalla
Post enjoying delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Peradeniya. On reaching, you will visit the extremely popular Royal Botanical Garden. This garden was initially constructed as a solace and pleasure garden by a Sinhala king. It was later extended by the British. Spread in around 147 acres, the garden offers numerous alluring varieties of trees, plants and flowers. Afterwards, you will continue your journey to visit Wadduwa / Beruwela / Ahungalla passing through Pinnawela. You will halt at Pinnawela to explore the famous Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, founded in 1975. The orphanage began with just seven elephant orphans and in 1984, the first Pinnawela's elephant baby was born. Today, it serves as the home for about 84 animals. Thereafter, you will continue with your journey towards Wadduwa / Beruwela / Ahungalla. Overnight stay would be at either of the places.
Day 03: Wadduwa / Beruwela / Ahungalla - Colombo
Early morning, you will drive to reach Colombo. Upon arrival, you will enjoy lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel after which you will begin your morning city & shopping excursion. Colombo is the commercial capital city of Sri Lanka. It is counted among the fastest developing cities. Here you will come across several sky warding buildings with a special erstwhile charm still caressing in the air, especially as you witness many marvelous colonial buildings constructed by the British. The city is also dotted with many ultimately spiritual Hindu and Buddhist temples. Another interesting site is the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall which was a present to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China & the old parliament. You will be visiting alluring sites like House of Fashions and ODEL. Also you will be taken to Noritake ceramic shop and local shops for some dazzling souvenir shopping. Thereafter, the afternoon is kept free for you to self explore this astounding city. Overnight stay will be in Colombo.
Day 04: Colombo
With this day, you come to a mirthful end of this amazing tour. Post enjoying mouth-watering breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport on a given time. Upon reaching you will link to the specific flight for the departure.
